CLINTON CROSSING BUILDING D AND THE TENANT “BUILD-OUT”
Provided electrical and mechanical engineering and design for 100,000 sq.ft. office building shell and 85,000 sq.ft. tenant space.  Work for the building shell included design of electrical system, HVAC system and Plumbing system.  Electrical work for tenant space included power distribution, interior and exterior lighting, fire detection system, nurse call system, tel/data and cable tv systems and equipment connections.  Mechanical work included HVAC system design for offices, exam rooms and open areas, design for toilet room exhaust systems, design for special use room exhaust, and design for gas venting.  Plumbing work included design for sanitary plumbing and vents, toilet rooms, cold water piping systems, hot water piping systems, drinking fountains in common areas, and janitors closets and janitorial facilities.

CORNHILL LANDING; ROCHESTER, NEW YORK
Providing electrical and mechanical engineering for a 125 Unit Apartment Development and shell of attached retail space.  Electrical work includes utility investigation for electrical service,  site lighting circuiting design, interior and exterior lighting design, design for convenience outlets, plumbing and HVAC equipment connections, connections to elevator, Fire Detection System, and a raceway for Tel/Data and Cable TV Systems.  Mechanical work includes providing HVAC system design for each apartment, design for toilet room and range hood exhaust systems in each apartment, an HVAC system design for all common areas,  design for laundry room exhaust, design for gas venting for water heaters and furnaces, and design for restaurant exhaust hood.  Plumbing work includes design for water service and backflow preventer, sanitary plumbing and vents, apartment and common area toilet rooms, cold and hot water piping systems, design for laundry room,  drinking fountains in common areas,  elevator sump pump, and  design for janitors closets and janitorial facilities.

Providing electrical and mechanical engineering and design for the MCC Residence dormitory’s.  Electrical work includes utility investigation for electrical service,  site lighting circuiting design, interior and exterior lighting design,  design for convenience outlets, Plumbing and HVAC equipment connections,  design for connections to elevator,  Fire Detection System, and Tel/Data and Cable TV Systems.  Mechanical work includes HVAC system design for each residence suite,  HVAC system design for common areas, provide design for toilet room and range hood exhaust systems in each apartment,  HVAC system design for all common areas, design for laundry room exhaust, and gas venting for water heaters and furnaces.  Plumbing work includes design for water service and backflow preventer,  design for sanitary plumbing and vents, apartment and common area toilet rooms, cold and hot water piping systems,  design for laundry room,  drinking fountains in common areas, elevator sump pump and design for janitors closets and janitorial facilities.

WXXI PUBLIC BROADCASTING; ROCHESTER, NEW YORK.
Provided electrical and mechanical engineering for the Master Plan Report for WXXI headquarters. Electrical work included utility investigation for electrical service, investigate lighting systems, convenience outlets, Plumbing and HVAC equipment connections,  Fire Detection System, Tel/Data Systems, and existing analogue systems.  Mechanical work included determining requirements of upgrades to systems and investigate existing heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems.  Plumbing work included investigation of the  existing hot water, cold water, and sanitary plumbing systems and determine necessary upgrades for A.D.A. compliance and for new floor plan changes.  Sprinkler work included investigation of the  existing automatic fire sprinkler system and determine necessary changes and upgrades due to floor plan or program changes.  Upon completion of the investigation the disciplines provided probable cost estimates and a Master Plan Report.  Following the submission of the Master Plan we provided mechanical engineering for the Physical Plant at WXXI.   This included aiding in the procurement of critical HVAC equipment - including sizing, specification, preliminary layout, and assistance in staging, preliminary design for new sprinkler service to the North building, and necessary submissions to appropriate governing bodies for sprinkler service.
